Play Doh wanted to spread the word about how they are one of the only toys in the toy store that empower young imaginations instead of inhibiting them. We were faced with the unique challenge of showing kids Play doh’s limitless potential of play and to show their parents that it is a toy that encourages and empowers imagination. The challenge for us was to show them how it’s done – By creating scenes that go from real to magical with a touch of play doh imagination. The visual execution coupled with the tag/strategy line (Open a can of imagination) that connects the dots between the toy and imagination itself, resonated with the brand and customers so much, they’ve since stuck with it. Till today. My role: Concept, Tag line, Location scouting, Photography.
